**Stores Operative**
Location: Pershore
Pay: £12.22ph
**Hours:**
Mon-Thu: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM
Fri: 7:45 AM 1:00 PM
(39 hours/week + possible overtime)
**About the Role:**
Were looking for a hands-on and reliable Stores Operative to help manage our stock, keep things organised, and support our busy manufacturing team.
**What You'll Do:**
* Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stock.
* Keep accurate records (both on paper and computer).
* Help with stock checks and update spreadsheets.
* Make sure the stores area is clean, safe, and tidy.
* Supply PPE and products to the team when needed.
* Assist with deliveries, including using a forklift (if licensed).
* Support production by keeping materials flowing.
* Follow customer packing and dispatch instructions.
**What Youll Need:**
Experience in stock control and stores procedures
Good with numbers and attention to detail
Comfortable using stock systems (like Sage)
Flexible, proactive, and a team player
Able to work to deadlines and multitask
**Nice to Have:**
Forklift truck licence (Counterbalance)
Experience with MS Office
Knowledge of ISO 9001, Health & Safety
Experience in Railway or Defence sectors
