As a membership organisation, Bat Conservation Trust (BCT) members join a bat conservation community that help shape the direction of our work and support our vision of a world rich in wildlife where bats and people thrive together. We are recruiting for a Membership Officer who will help to maintain and develop positive relationships with existing members as well as help to recruit more members.
Applicants should have experience of working in outward facing roles involving good customer service. The ideal candidate will also have some familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software or similar as well as excellent administration, organisational and interpersonal skills.
This is a great opportunity to join a small communications and fundraising team within the wildlife conservation sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the Fundraising and Digital Communications Manager to provide and deliver the highest quality customer service and day-to-day administration.
BCT’s main office is in Battersea, South London. The position is hybrid with a mix of both office and home-based working, the details of which will be discussed with the successful candidate.
