Salary: Approximately £333 per day PAYE, TBC
Hours: 37 per week, Monday–Friday
Contract Type: Temporary, 2 to 3 months

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a SEND casework team to ensure statutory compliance and high-quality EHCP processes.
Collaborate with partners to improve outcomes and reduce disputes.
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to policy development.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in managing SEND services and teams.
Strong understanding of SEND legislation, including the Children and Families Act 2014.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
