Salary: £22.03 - £24.02 per hour PAYE, approximately DOE
Hours: 37 per week Monday–Friday
Contract Type: 12 months opening assignment

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the SEN Finance team, driving service improvements and operational excellence.
Oversee SEN payments, financial processes, and system improvements to ensure compliance and value for money.
Collaborate with internal and external partners across finance, education, and care sectors.
Champion financial performance monitoring and staff development to deliver service excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing financial teams and leading service improvement.
Strong understanding of finance best practice and relevant systems (e.g., Oracle, Power BI).
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Relevant degree or part CCAB/AAT qualification (or equivalent experience).
