• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SIMS (School Information Management System) or willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming visitors and managing phone and email enquiries
• Handling pupil admissions and attendance records
• Assisting with the preparation and distribution of school communications
• Supporting the Headteacher and teaching staff with administrative tasks
• Managing school supplies and resources
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Assisting with organising school events and trips
• Handling confidential information with discretion
• Liaising with contractors
• Provide minor first aid as required (training provided)
