Location: Remote (must be based within 1 hour of St Austell, Cornwall and able to get there)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible working hours available)

A well-established consultancy firm within the membership sector is seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to join its dedicated team of Membership Administrators.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering genuine opportunities for career development.
Although the role is home-based, you must be located within approximately two hours of St Austell, Cornwall, to allow for occasional team meetings or collaboration. You should have access to a quiet working environment and a reliable internet connection to ensure high-quality communication and service delivery.
The company will provide all necessary equipment, including a laptop and headset, and will offer comprehensive one-to-one training and support, including assistance with setting up your home workstation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting existing clients with the renewal of their memberships in a professional and timely manner
• Conducting outbound calls to gather client feedback through structured surveys
• Delivering high-quality customer service by phone and email, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
• Accurately updating client records and handling data in accordance with company procedures and data protection regulations
Key Skills and Experience:
• A confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent literacy and numeracy
• Proficiency in using a PC or laptop, with accurate typing and data entry skills
• A personable and friendly approach, with a strong commitment to maintaining positive relationships with existing clients
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment
