What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to support the Administration Manager and wider team in a professional administrative capacity.

What You’ll Do:

• Reporting to the Administrative Manager and the Senior Leadership Team.
• Support with purchase ordering / finance and HR.
• Supporting on Reception, covering lunch duties as required.
• Minute taking & supporting with school events including hospitality.
• Support with administrative needs of school staff, such as photocopying, filing, data entry and all other correspondence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in an administrative role—with a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Confidence in liaising with families and professionals to provide consistent, high-quality support.
