We’re looking for two skilled Assembly Operatives to join our clients growing team based in Grantham.

These roles are ideal for candidates with solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience using hand and power tools. You’ll play a key role in assembling products to specification while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and products according to technical drawings and company standards


  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to carry out assembly tasks


  • Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications


  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment


  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals


  • Identify and report any issues or faults during the assembly process


  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations


    What We're Looking For

    • Previous experience in an assembly or mechanical fitting role (preferably in engineering or manufacturing)


    • Good understanding of mechanical assembly techniques and technical drawings


    • Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools


    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work


    • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team


    • Strong problem-solving skills

        • Day shift (Monday to Thursday, 07:00–17:15)
