Our Client is a Main Dealership and they are currently seeking a Showroom Host / Service Administrator to join their team based in Feltham.
For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £29,000 basic.
Hours of work for this Showroom Host / Service Administrator role are 40 Hour Week Monday To Friday / 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings 7am - 12pm.

- 40 Hour Week Monday To Friday / 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings 7am - 12pm
- Main Dealership Working Environment
- 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Supporting Service & Parts Teams With Answering Calls & Greeting Customers & Admin Duties
Responsibilities:
- Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
- Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
- Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.
- Welcome customers into the showroom assuring that they receive a really warm welcome as they come in.
- Taking details and handing out brochures when required.
- Creating Job Cards for the Service Department.
Requirements:
- Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
- Experience of DMS
- Good customer service skills with technical understanding
- A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
