Summary

Commercial Insurance Broker

AR Support | Leeds | £35,000–£40,000

A highly respected and growing appointed representative (AR) network is seeking experienced Commercial Insurance Brokers to join their central broking team. Working closely with a panel of ARs, you will provide technical support on renewals and occasional new business, ensuring all placement activity is accurate, compliant, and efficiently managed.

The role is ideal for brokers with 3–5 years’ commercial experience and solid Acturis knowledge, who are comfortable working independently but also as part of a team. You’ll handle a diverse range of commercial cases, with values from £500 to £500,000 and access to over 300 markets. There is minimal client contact, as ARs manage the client relationship directly, with brokers supporting from behind the scenes.

The team operates a hybrid working model (three days in-office, Monday to Wednesday), and offers a collaborative environment with strong prospects for career development into an Account Executive role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise within a structured and well-supported framework.

Free parking.
