YOLO Recruitment is currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator for their client in London.
A Sales Support Administrator / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator is responsible for managing customer enquiries, assisting with order processing, maintaining client databases, coordinating with internal teams, generating sales reports, and providing administrative support to sales representatives.
Our Sales Support Administrator / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator role isn't a directly customer-facing role. You will work in office environment where they access and manage the paperwork and communications relating to transactions. This allows the sales team to focus on the sales process and provide excellent customer service. Administrators need to be flexible and adapt to new sales cycles and targets to ensure that the productivity of the sales team remains high.
Hours are 9.00 – 6.00 Monday to Friday, with remote overtime available on weekends.
