Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the market stall, including display and stock organisation
Engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and drive sales
Handle cash and card payments accurately
Maintain a clean and appealing stall environment
Support inventory management and reorder supplies
Assist with administrative tasks such as sales tracking, order processing, and customer enquiries
Requirements:
Prior sales or customer service experience (food sales preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Available on weekends and occasional weekdays
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Desirable:
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
Familiarity with small business operations or market trading
Passion for food and community engagement
