Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding UK team. You will be responsible for promoting our travel products, developing customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our B2C and B2B markets, especially within the Chinese-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell UK day tours and Europe-wide multi-country bus travel products (Trip2EU).

Conduct field sales and marketing activities in high-footfall Chinese communities (e.g. Chinatowns, universities, business districts).

Convert leads from WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other social platforms.

Build relationships with Chinese-speaking customers, local influencers, and community groups.

Follow up with leads, close deals, and ensure excellent customer service and retention.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales activities with campaigns.

Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales experience (travel, hospitality, or retail preferred).

Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in both independent and team environments.

Flexibility to travel locally and participate in offline promotions.

Legal right to work in the UK or eligible for UK work visa sponsorship.
