Summary
Connect IFA Ltd, trading as Connect Mortgages and Connect for Intermediaries, is an award-winning network of mortgage advisers.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the existing BDM team and help support the growth of our adviser business and to cover the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Our BDMs help to recruit new advisers to the network and support the existing advisers with business knowledge, training and coaching and promote the benefits of the network.
Successful candidates will have knowledge of the mortgage market, some experience with training or coaching, the ability to form and build effective relationships, a clean driving record, and be willing to travel.
