Summary
London Family Office (LFO) is a UK company focusing on tutoring, application consultation for UK private schools and G5 universities, and other high-end, customised services for studying abroad. The company has been rooted in London for more than ten years to serve our huge customer base. Our company now has a vacancy to recruit a competent Business Development Manager to join our Company.
Job Descriptions:
1. Discussing with senior management regarding clients’ requirements, carrying out strategic surveys to analyses clients’ preferences to develop new business leads and sales pipelines in the south-east England regions;
2. Explore business opportunities with the local families in Kent and Brighton area to convert them to become active participants in our guardianship programs.
3. Carrying out business development activities bilingually, offline and remotely; proactively conducting student/client recruitment activities and capable to tap into own clientele network and international school resources;
4. Calling potential clients to convert them into active clients contributes to the development sales strategies and setting of sales targets for the region;
5. Undertake research to develops new business opportunities and to work closely with marketing team with the view to increase onboarding clients contributing to the Company’s business;
6. Keep up-to-date with partners and competitors, produces reports and business development strategies to senior management;
7. Handles clients accounts;
8. Attends events and meetings to meet with education establishments, clients, new potential clients, partners, etc. to discuss their requirements, promotes projects and achieves operational goals;
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills for successful onboarding and closing deals.
- Good understanding of the UK private education market and the whole process of student application.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively and build good rapport with our potential clients, team members, and partnering associates.
