About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team at PA Media Academy.
This is a pivotal role that will spans the full sales cycle form lead generation, engaging potential clients, and building lasting
relationships that convert to success.
You will work closely with our Training Managers and play a crucial part in expanding our reach and growing our revenue.
This is a full-time role with hybrid working – based at our London office (61 Queen Street, EC4R 1EB), with the option to work
remotely 1–2 days a week.

What You’ll Do
* Generate and qualify leads for PA Media Academy’s specialist training services.
* Build strong, consultative relationships with prospective clients across a range of sectors.
* Support and accompany “Heads Ofs” in closing sales meetings
* Deliver engaging discovery calls that identify client needs and position our services as the ideal solution.
* Secure well-qualified meetings and opportunities for our Training Managers to take forward.
* Work closely with the wider team to share insight, spot trends, and drive growth.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, and excited by the opportunity to connect clients with training that makes a
difference.
You’ll need:
* Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in a consultative environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in cold outreach, building rapport, and managing the sales pipeline.
* An interest in current affairs and the ability to link news and trends to relevant training opportunities.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
