The Service Manager for Digestive Diseases Care Group will be an administrative manager and leader and will provide general management and business support to Digestive Diseases Care Group on the North Bank. The Service Manager will be responsible to and supported by the Senior Service Manager

The Service Manager will have delegated responsibility for the management of identified personnel, resources and projects, and will ensure that those resources are managed efficiently and effectively, and that any projects are delivered on time and within budget.

As part of the senior team within the Group, theService Managerwill be jointly responsible for ensuring that the objectives of the Care Group are achieved, whilst also ensuring that the Group functions as an integral part of the Partnership as a whole.

The Service Manager together with the Senior Service Manager, General Manager, Senior General Manager and Clinical Lead will be responsible for the patient pathways within Digestive Diseases ensuring that all operational performance targets are monitored, tracked, and delivered. In doing so, they provide leadership to, and management of, the performance and capacity team.
