We are looking for a highly motivated individual who are passionate about health and fitness and capable of delivering a great customer experience.

You must have strong communication skills, have a can-do attitude, and be able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.

You must be able to offer advice and programme updates accordingly in order to help a wide range of customers to reach their specific fitness goals.

Positivity, enthusiasm and flexibility are essential characteristics required to help deliver cutting edge services at Queens Park Sports Centre and The Healthy Living Centre along with other venues as directed in the Chesterfield Borough communities.

We are committed to improving the Health and Wellbeing of our community and are looking for like-minded staff to drive the service forwards and ensure we retain our current members but also attract and engage with new ones.

Applicants must have a minimum NVQ level 2 Gym Instructor (or equivalent).

The successful candidates will be subject to a Disclosure carried out by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
