Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored housing advice and support to people at risk of homelessness.
Carry out housing assessments and develop Personal Housing Plans.
Liaise with partner agencies and arrange specialist support where needed.
Ensure legal compliance with the Homelessness Reduction Act and related legislation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in housing, homelessness, or related support roles.
Knowledge of housing law and the issues affecting vulnerable individuals.
Strong communication and case management skills.
