Summary
Meadow Court comprises of 58 apartments with around 80 residents. It is a lively, welcoming and community driven environment.

We’re looking for someone with experience supporting older people in settings such as sheltered housing, housing management, residential care, home care, social services, or health services. You’ll also be confident working with a range of voluntary and statutory agencies to help coordinate care and support that meets residents’ individual needs.
What could you be doing?
You’ll be providing a housing and tenancy management service to maximise tenancy sustainment.
You’ll be a regular and flexible customer contact for the residents, providing practical and preventative support and advice. You’ll signpost to specialist care and support services to maximise wellbeing, social interaction and minimise isolation.
You’ll provide effective building management, including property inspections, risk assessments, H&S monitoring and compliance checks
You will respond, investigate and take timely action to reported breaches of tenancy/leasehold agreements
You will maintain customer records and data accordingly.
And respond to TEC alarm activations and building related emergencies to ensure effective crisis incident handling and customer communication.
This is a 30-hour role across 5 days (Monday–Friday) with core hours between 8am and 5pm with the expectation of being on a out of hours call rota.
About You
You’ll have a warm, confident approach and enjoy working independently in a people-focused environment. With strong admin and organisational skills, you’ll be comfortable balancing day-to-day tasks while responding to residents’ needs and coordinating with different teams. You’ll have strong budgeting skills and be able to analyze data.
You’ll be customer focused and have some awareness of working with vulnerable adults. You’ll have great interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. You’ll also be very confident in using ICT software such as Microsoft Packages systems.
You’ll have the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team around residents to ensure their needs are being met. This role is very much an operational role, so dealing with conflicting demands, and ensuring the quality of service is not compromised, will be a challenge you’ll confidently manage.
