As the AIS Programme Assurance Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance outcomes and facilitate the timely delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities
Lead the assurance framework for AIS programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on programme delivery.
Develop and maintain effective reporting mechanisms to track programme performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with established processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of programme management practices and compliance.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on best practices in programme assurance and governance.
Prepare and present findings to senior management, offering strategic insights and recommendations to enhance programme success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in programme assurance or project management roles, preferably within a complex organisational environment.
Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies related to programme and project delivery.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools to monitor and report on programme progress.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Day: £400.00
