Are you a qualified HVAC Engineer looking for a new opportunity?
Randstad C&P are currently working with a long standing client who is a global leader in providing facilities maintenance services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their team based in York at a large static manufacturing site.
Package:
- Up to £42,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Responsibilities
- Manage a number of pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks across site
- Provide knowledge on HVAC equipment and BMS Systems to the wider team
- Complete all relevant paperwork and risk assessments in a thorough and timely manner
- Work in line with Service level agreements
- Work towards KPI's
- Adhere to health and safety
Ideal Candidate
- NVQ level 3 in HVAC or Air Conditioning
- 2 years of experience within a previous FM setting
- Communicate effectively with helpdesk and wider team
