Riverside Leisure Centre is Chelmsford City Council’s flagship facility, offering a wide range of sporting activities with something for everyone. Every member of staff plays a vital role, working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate excellent customer service and have experience working with members of the public. With strong product knowledge, successful applicants will ensure that all bookings, administrative tasks, and payment procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.

Receptionists are key to creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting customers and providing high-quality service. The ability to multitask is essential, as is experience using computer systems and processing payments. Full training will be provided.

Shifts are offered on a casual basis within our opening hours of 5:30am & 10:30pm, which may include weekday daytimes, evenings, and weekends. Flexibility is essential.
