Summary
Sheerin Bespoke Furniture in Mytholmroyd are recruiting for an Apprentice Sprayer. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Furniture Manufacturer apprenticeship over the duration of 24 months.
A chance to work at a traditional furniture company making high end furniture. Tasks will entail the finishing of our furniture, mainly priming of doors, frames and mouldings, also the finishing of dovetail drawer boxes.
Training will be provided to produce a high end finish.
• Prepare items of furniture
• Spraying, sanding, filling and repairing components.
• Applying paints, primers and lacquers using modern
spraying equipment.
• De-nibbing prior to applying second coat.
• Maintenance of spraying equipment.
• Day release training at the CoVE to develop learning and
skills in all aspects of spray finishing.

• A reliable employee
• Willing to learn
• Must be able to work to instruction both in a team and when completing an individual task
• Friendly
• Able to work in a team and on their own when necessary
• Punctual
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:45pm / Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm / paid breaks / 40 hours per week
