Crynodeb
Daily mentored cold calling of corporate, government and education clients. After a 3 month paid trial period, trainees graduate into account management which includes further ongoing sales and marketing training. After 12 months, successful apprentices are offered full time, permanent employment and given the title of 'National Account Manager'. This involves the daily running of their own account base.
