Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are currently seeking a capable and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team delivering a major Housing IT & Transformation Programme. This programme involves replacing five legacy systems with the NEC Housing Management platform, and we are now in the delivery phase. To support successful implementation, we are looking for an additional Business Analyst to help drive this work to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst on this programme, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to define and execute strategies that meet project goals.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including current state assessments, pain point identification, and development of future state processes.
- Elicit and document business and user requirements.
- Research best practices and comparable implementations in other local authorities and housing providers.
- Shape and evaluate solution options to support business case development.
- Clearly document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely delivery and realisation of benefits.
