You will provide technical support and supervisory services within the operational environment of a busy Building Services Department. The Service wishes to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic person who will assist in achieving greater utilisation of the Services assets coupled with appropriate knowledge and experience.

It is essential you possess a IOSH Managing Safely Qualification, a NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable.

You must have experience in an audit environment with practical application and a working knowledge of quality management processes aswell as experience of working in a construction environment.

You must have a first-hand Awareness of the Health & Safety requirements within a construction environment.

Knowledge of the role and function of Building Services including the electronic systems such as Pecos / Q Pulse / AIRD / Masternaut and Symology would be desirable but is not essential.

You will have an assertive personality with drive and focus with a flexible approach to a changing working environment. The ability to deal with all levels of the business including senior management, external and internal stakeholders aswell as the ability to organise own workload and to work to deadlines.

You must have presentation and training skills and possess a current driving license
