Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for a Site Engineer to cover a role based in the Midlands on HS2.
The ideal candidate for this role would come from a strong Civils background and would have proven experience in planning, coordinating and supervising all aspects of a project.

Responsibilities:

- Setting out works based on engineers’ drawings, site surveys, and as-built documentation.
- Reading and interpreting drawings for layout, material measurements, and other project requirements.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and the general workforce on-site.
- Planning tasks efficiently to meet project timelines and programme targets.
- Communicating with client representatives and design team members as needed.
- Ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with the highest Health and Safety standards.
- Upholding high-quality standards throughout all stages of the project.
- Managing material orders and inventory control on-site.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date site records.

Experience/Qualifications:

- Completed a third level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
- Self-delivery experience is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programme.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

This is an exciting role to work on a major project within rules and regulations and to gain responsibility in delivering a high-quality project to the client.
Salaries are negotiable and additional benefits will depend on the work status of candidates.
