The Role

We are seeking a Wedding & Event Sales Coordinator with a passion for luxury hospitality and event management. You will be responsible for driving wedding and event sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless coordination from inquiry to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement: Actively drive wedding & event bookings, responding to inquiries and conducting venue tours with potential clients.
Event Planning & Coordination: Oversee all aspects of event planning, ensuring a flawless experience from initial consultation to event day execution.
Relationship Management: Develop strong connections with couples, corporate clients, vendors, and internal hotel teams to ensure a seamless process.
Upselling & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell premium packages, accommodations, and additional services to enhance client experiences.
Contract & Budget Management: Handle contracts, invoices, and financial aspects related to wedding & event sales.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with wedding and event trends, bringing fresh ideas to our venue offerings.
Skills & Experience Required

✅ Previous experience in wedding & event coordination within a hotel – essential ✅ Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing event bookings

✅ Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and events at once

✅ Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and attention to detail

✅ Proficiency in event management software & CRM systems ✅ A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering 5-star experiences
