Summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a proactive, technically skilled Building Surveyor to join a dedicated Property Services team for a South London based Housing Association. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock, ensuring our residents live in safe, high-quality homes.




Key Responsibilities

  • Leading major and cyclical works programmes.
  • Managing complex repairs, disrepair claims, and void inspections.
  • Supporting stock condition surveys and asset data accuracy.
  • Taking the lead on damp, condensation and mould (DCM) cases.
  • Providing expert technical support on responsive repairs.




About you

  • Proven experience in property surveying or building maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of DCM management and disrepair legislation
  • Experience in contract management, procurement and inspections
  • Great project planning and IT skills (especially Excel)
  • A technical qualification and ideally membership of RICS, CIOB or similar
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
