Red Systems is seeking a motivated trainee to join our technical and design team in a brand new supporting role. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on training across all aspects of our design, drawing, and fabrication while working alongside our lead Technical & Design Assistant.

In this role, you will:
- Attend software and product training sessions to build technical knowledge
- Shadow team members on key tasks like using AutoCAD, Revit, and LogiKal
- Assist with creating fabrication packs, resolving design issues, and providing technical support
- Contribute ideas for improving our design and technical processes
- Build a strong foundation of skills to advance in your career
- No prior experience required here – we’re looking for someone eager to learn on the job.
- Attention to detail and strong communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with reading technical drawings is a plus.
