Responsible for the provision of high-quality analysis & insight across UHN which improves the work of clinical and operational teams. Responsible for the development of a centralised data visualisation platform, encompassing dashboards which provide core data and insight directly to end users. Ensure the provision of effective performance assurance data and associated visualisations to support the oversight and improvement of clinical services whilst promoting a single source of truth. Ensure there is the capability and provision of predictive modelling and planning to support leadership teams across UHN. Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of statutory & ad-hoc reporting nationally and locally. Responsible for stakeholder management & requirements prioritisation on behalf of the whole of Health Intelligence. Proactively engages with colleagues and other key contacts to achieve a shared understanding of information requirements and support the development of effective working relationships. Provides specialist advice and expertise on data definitions, analysis and interpretation. Produces a range of reports for varying audiences such as Trust Boards and other relevant management boards and committees. Develops routine and ad hoc reports presented in a clear, digestible, and useable format to meet the information requirements of the stakeholder(s). Collates, analyses and interprets clinical and management information from a wide variety of sources and across a range of operational services. Manages projects to develop and implement data collection processes and produces information to meet defined reporting and information requirements. This will include planning, organising a broad range of highly complex activities, formulating and adjusting plans as necessary and which may impact across UHN, some of these will be longer-term / strategic plans. Interrogates information systems using database query tools/reporting packages and creates complex queries to meet specific information requests. Develops innovative ways of presenting highly complex information so that it is clear and understandable. Develops and implements training/facilitation packages on data sources, definitions, information and data analysis techniques, ensuring content and methods of delivery are appropriate to the various audiences.
