We have an opportunity for a part time Regional Official to join the Eastern Team. Working with lay officers and staff colleagues,
you will manage a substantial caseload across a large region, providing individual support and representation to teachers and
school leaders.
This is a demanding role, in which you will deal with the complete range of employee relations issues, whilst actively promoting
the Union’s organising strategy. The role requires tenacity, objectivity, a good understanding of employment law and the ability
to advocate successfully.
