About the role.
We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our finance team as a Group Payroll
Supervisor.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for managing our UK payroll operations and coordinating with international bureaus to oversee
payrolls for overseas employees. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality, while supporting the continuous
improvement of payroll processes.

Responsibilities will include.
* UK Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for UK-based employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to
relevant regulations.
* International Coordination: Liaise with overseas bureaus to ensure payroll for international employees is managed in line with
local legislation and company policy.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with payroll legislation, preparing reports for regulatory bodies as required.
* System Oversight: Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
* Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of payroll specialists, offering guidance and promoting high standards.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to resolve payroll queries efficiently.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline payroll operations and improve service delivery.
About you.
To be considered for this role you will be experienced in payroll management for UK-based teams, with a solid understanding of UK
payroll legislation.
You will also need to be:
* Knowledgeable about international payroll, ideally with experience working with overseas bureaus.
* Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* An excellent communicator, capable of working cross-functionally and managing sensitive data with discretion.
* Professional, proactive, and adaptable – ready to meet tight deadlines with integrity and calmness.
Desirable:
* A recognised payroll qualification such as CIPP.
* Experience in payroll software implementation and audits.
* Familiarity with HR and finance systems.
