Are you a driver with a passion for helping others live independently? We're looking for a Temporary Outreach Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities in their own homes across Bristol.
About the Role:
You'll be working closely with three individuals, providing 1:1 support to help them live fulfilling, independent lives. This includes:
- Assisting with daily activities such as shopping and cooking
- Providing support at appointments and community activities
- Encouraging and enabling independent living skills
- Building positive relationships and promoting choice and dignity
What we need from you:
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities (preferred)
- A patient, person-centred approach
- Reliability and a can-do attitude
