Weekdays Pay: £13/hour | Weekend Pay: £14/hour
Location: Bristol
Are you passionate about empowering adults with learning disabilities and helping them lead independent, fulfilling lives? We are seeking a dedicated Female Outreach Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support.
What we're looking for:
Female applicants only (due to personal care requirements)
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities
A compassionate, patient, and empowering approach to care
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently and engage in community life
- Providing assistance with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support
- Encouraging and promoting skills development to enable independence
- Building strong, trusting relationships with service users
