Cygnet Healthcare is looking for a skilledMaintenance Assistant to help provide a safe & healthy environment for our patients & service users at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. At Cygnet Hospital Ealing you will be working 37.5 hours per week working (8am till 4pm) working Monday to Friday. Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards. Youre day-to-day.... Provide a comprehensive maintenance & repair service Carry out a range of tasks including basic joinery, plumbing, painting & general building work Maintain plant, services & vehicles in working order Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment & potential hazards Travel to other sites & on occasions be on call to carry out emergency repairs outside of normal working hours Check the fire alarm points weekly, including fire exits, door retaining devices & fire emergency lights Why Cygnet?
