Summary

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Policy division and lead a transformative Trauma-Informed project. This initiative is directly aligned with COPFS’s strategic objectives and aims to embed trauma-informed practices within our service delivery, shaping the future of COPFS.

The ultimate goal is to ensure COPFS staff and systems recognize the impact of trauma on victims and witnesses, improving our response to minimize re-traumatization during the justice process. Your role will require critical skills such as empathy, compassion, and personal resilience, as it involves engaging with individuals who have experienced trauma.
