Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Ensure the organization and maintenance of documentation and records.
Assist in the planning and coordination of staff meetings and events.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders, ensuring availability of necessary resources.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
