Office based, no home or hybrid working option.

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good computer skills.
Knowledge of Care Technology and experience with Community Alarms/Telecare.
Experience working with vulnerable adults and carers.
Background in customer service or administrative roles.
Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.



We are seeking a Business Support Officer to join our Telecare and Out of Hours Administrative Team. This important role will help us provide a high-quality 24-hour telecare service, supporting vulnerable adults and their carers.

As a Business Support Officer, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that data is accurately maintained, invoices are processed, stock is ordered, and clients are supported with billing and other inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Telecare and Out of Hours Teams.
Maintain accurate client data, including hire agreements, personal details, and billing information.
Process financial data, including raising invoices, managing recurring billing, and handling credits and refunds.
Order and maintain stock and supplies, including receipting invoices.
Handle client billing inquiries and follow debt recovery processes for outstanding accounts.
Support performance tracking and identify improvement opportunities.
Process returned Telecare equipment and maintain archived data.
Develop effective relationships with stakeholders and support quality customer service.
