Location: Leeds
Salary: £26,421 basic (£32,482 with Secure Allowance)
Hours: Average 37 hours per week (early/late shifts & sleep-ins)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young people
- Building trusting relationships and understanding their individual needs
- Providing day-to-day care, emotional support, and educational assistance
- Managing behaviors and implementing positive strategies
- Organizing fun and enriching activities to enhance their lives
What You Need:
Minimum 2 years' experience working with young people
Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent preferred)
A resilient, can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
Strong verbal & written communication skills
