Summary
Electronic Component Buyer 4 Day Week
Cleartone Telecoms has been based in South Wales since 1976 and are the market leader in the design, development and manufacture of mobile / portable computer products and video systems for predominantly the Emergency Services.
We are looking for an experienced electronic component buyer to;
• Manage the procurement of components to ensure that the companies manufacturing needs are satisfied.
• Maintain accurate stock levels against forecasts
• Negotiating and building relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Capability to source new components for product development and cost accordingly
• Resolve any delivery or quality issues in a efficient manner to prevent manufacturing delays
The ideal candidate;
• Have experience within the electronics industry
• A thorough understanding of Excel
• Able to work well under pressure
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Have a commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of impacts on production, manufacture and customer order fulfilment
