What skills and experience we're looking for
ESSENTIAL
• Degree or equivalent
• Qualified teacher status
• Teaching Spanish to GCSE
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning within Languages
• Excellent personal organisational skills
• Fluent communicator
• Ability to use ICT for teaching and learning and in the tracking and monitoring of student learning
DESIRABLE
• Teaching Spanish to A level
• Teaching another language at KS 3
• Knowledge of recent curriculum development
• Experience of applying Rosenshine's Principles of Instruction
