Summary

We are currently looking to employ 1-2 people to join our hardworking Void Property Clear & Clean team as Environmental Service Technicians. The role will be part or full time (minimum 21 hours up to 41.5 hours per week) with a starting salary of £27,190.80 per year (pro rata) rising to £28,593.50 (pro rata), subject to completion of a successful probationary period.

The role mainly involves void property work for local Housing Associations, local authorities and other domestic/commercial clients. As part of the role, we would be looking for someone to be able to carry out waste removal and/or specialist cleaning. The work is normally based around either the Blackpool/Fylde area or Preston/South Ribble area, although we do carry out work all over the North West.

Following a probationary period, the successful candidates may be offered training in the areas of pest control, drainage and Biohazard cleaning with the possibility to gain accreditation should they so wish.

For the right candidates, there may also be the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship or further qualifications within the field.

Cleaning and/or clearance experience are desirable but a clean full driving licence is essential.
