A leading Tier 1 contractor based in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Information Lead to join their business as Asset Information lead. This is a excellent opportunity to join a growing business with an extensive background as a reputable contractor and fantastic pipeline of work on a nationwide basis. The Asset Information lead. will play a key part in the development and future of the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
About the role of Asset Information Lead.
This Tier 1 contractor traditionally specialises in high spec commercial projects across the education, health care & industrial sector valuing between £10M - £150M out of their multiple offices across the UK for private and framework clients. The role of Asset information lead will oversee the entire function of their information management, team, process & system.
Responsibilities for Asset Information Lead.
- Host project progress meetings with the clients
- Responsible for putting together starter packs
- Monitor Quality Assurance to prevent rework from the client
- Ensure all data and information in accurate and uploaded correctly
- Reinforce all documentation modification is accurate and precise
Requirements for Asset Information Lead
- Willingness to trave across multiple sites within the region when required
- Ability to adapt quickly to developments and change in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience using the following systems; Microsoft Office , SharePoint, A Site & Microsoft Visio
- Knowledge of Quality assurance systems & BIM
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
