The Team supports Blackpool Housing Company in delivering its mission to be the landlord of choice in Blackpool — “Improving Lives, Homes and Neighbourhoods.”
We're now looking for a passionate and organised individual to join our Housing Support Team. In this vital role, you'll support the Housing Support Team Leader in developing and delivering a private sector letting scheme on behalf of the Council. You'll help co-ordinate the applications and lettings process for both the private sector scheme and Lumen Housing, ensuring that vulnerable households receive the support they need to access and maintain secure, stable accommodation.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
