Lammack Community Primary School is a ‘large school which has a small family feel’ (OFSTED 2022) which is desirable to work at due to the hardworking children, fantastic staff team spirit and excellent environment and facilities. ‘Staff have high expectations of pupils’ behaviour. Pupils behave well around school and are attentive in lessons. They are exceptionally polite and well mannered during social times’ (Ofsted 2022) The school is a Voice 21 Centre of Excellence and so can offer additional CPD opportunities around Oracy.
This position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to join Lammack during a significant period of expansion. There is currently a year on year increase for the coming 4 years as the school grows from a 2.5 form entry to a 3 form entry school. The successful candidates would be joining the school at the optimum time for future prospects.
