As a First Response Claims Coordinator, you will be the first person our customers speak to after a motor incident. You’ll ensure claims are registered promptly, providing clear information and compassionate support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and document FNOL calls with accuracy and care.
Guide customers through the initial claims process.
Triage claims based on incident severity.
Collaborate with internal and external partners.
Help identify potential fraud indicators.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous FNOL or insurance claims experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
