We are a family run bakery with 7 shops and a bistro, everything we sell is home made in our bakehouse located behind our lundwood branch, we also cater for outside catering, events and celebration cakes.
In our bakery shops we sell a wide range of products from breakfast sandwiches, cold sandwiches, homemade dinners, confectionery, cream lines, savouries, salads and much more.
I’m looking for someone that is outgoing and that can bring some new ideas into our business.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator Apprentice to join our team and support our marketing and digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, digital media, and storytelling. You will gain valuable industry experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship qualification.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will:
• Assist in creating engaging digital content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and graphics.
• Research and develop content ideas aligned with the company’s brand and marketing strategies.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content using industry-standard tools.
• Manage and schedule social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Write clear and engaging content for websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to measure content performance, responding to activity from the public.
• Assist in creating and editing short-form and long-form video content.
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (preferred but not essential).
• No prior experience required – just a passion for content creation and willingness to learn!
We’re seeking a motivated individual who:
• Has a strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, and storytelling.
• Demonstrates creativity and attention to detail.
• Has basic experience with digital tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software (training will be provided).
• Is confident in writing and communicating ideas effectively.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and how to engage different audiences.
Working week: 24 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.
