The Personal Advisor – Looked After Children & Leaving Care Service WCR 2 Base is a pivotal role designed to support young individuals transitioning from care to independent living. Responsibilities
Provide personalized support and advice to looked-after children and young adults.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress and well-being.
Assist clients in accessing educational, vocational, and social opportunities.
Advocate for the rights and needs of young people in care and leaving care.
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of interactions and services provided.
Requirements
A relevant qualification in social care, youth work, or a related field.
Experience working with children and young adults, particularly those in care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Knowledge of child protection laws and practices related to looked-after children.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.24
